Sorted aluminium scrap is loaded into a rotary furnace.
Prepared aluminium scrap is loaded for melting into a rotary furnace. After melting is complete, the aluminium is transferred to an intermediate furnace, where a sample is taken and brought to the desired chemical composition for subsequent casting.

Before casting, a control sample taken from the intermediate furnace receives spectral analysis in the factory laboratory.

Alloy is cast from the intermediate furnace onto a conveyor in ingot, hemisphere, or pyramid form.
Once the composition is verified, alloy is cast from the intermediate furnace onto a conveyor, where the product is formed into ingots, hemispheres, or pyramids.
